Introducing

Andrea Robinson

Andrea Robinson is a clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA).

Andrea has had a strong interest in food and cooking from a very young age, and enjoys cooking and baking for her family on the weekend. However, it was when Andrea became a Mother that she really became aware of the importance of eating nutritious food and the healing effects these foods can have on our bodies. It has become her mission to give her children the healthiest start in life possible and to lay the foundations for living a healthy, vibrant life. Andrea started researching nutrition and holistic healthcare and realised that she wanted to help others take control of their own health by eating well and making healthy lifestyle choices. This ultimately led her to enrol in her nutrition degree.

With a passion for women’s health Andrea understands the challenges that women face. From her own struggles to fall pregnant years ago and navigating the highs and lows of IVF treatment, to today having a teenage daughter going through puberty and herself going through perimenopause. These experiences have helped her to understand the challenges that other women go through and how good nutrition cannot only support them through these challenging times but also give them more energy and vitality.

It was, in particular, Andrea's interest in women’s health has led her to recently enrol in a Bachelor in Naturopathy at Torrens University, as she believes that herbal medicine will complement her treatments and help her achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients, but in particular her female clients who want to conceive or are pregnant/postpartum, or those who experience difficult periods or struggle with perimenopause.

Outside of practicing and studying, Andrea enjoys walking her dog Trixie, going to the gym, practicing yoga, reading and traveling around Australia and overseas. Andrea is originally from Germany and tries to go back there as often as possible. She still enjoys cooking and loves making healthy, nutritious meals and treats for her family and friends.
